Return Policy

1. Return Policy on Logo’d or Custom-Printed Products

No returns on items that are logo’d or custom printed – all sales are final.

2. Return Policy on Non-Logo’d or Non Custom-Printed Products

We accept eligible returns within 15 days of customer receiving order.
Eligible returns apply to non logo’d or non custom-printed products only.
Products must be in resalable and unused condition to be returned.
Please contact us at info@tournamentstoatee.com to authorize a return.
We refund the money in the same way the customer originally paid.
We process refunds within one week of receiving an authorized return.
We charge no more than 10% as a restocking fee.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return products.
We pay for all standard shipping costs, charge no restocking fees and accept all returned items when the return is a result of our error.
